Streamline Sites designs and delivers websites and Meta lead generation systems for builders, construction and civil companies, and trades across South Australia.

• Your name, business name, email address and phone number, when you submit a brief or contact us by email
• The content of your brief, including details about your business, services, location and project requirements
• Files you provide as part of your brief, such as logos, photos and other brand assets
• Access details you provide so we can complete your project, such as domain registrar and Meta Business Manager access, which are used only to deliver your project
• Records of our email correspondence with you

We collect information directly from you when you complete the brief form on this website, email us, or otherwise engage our services.

The brief form is provided by a third-party form provider (Tally). Your submission is stored by that provider on our behalf and delivered to us so we can respond to your enquiry. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

We use the personal information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes
• Deliver the website and Meta lead system you have engaged us to build
• Communicate with you about your project, including updates and support
• Keep records of work delivered and for general business administration

To deliver a project, we may require access to systems you own, such as your domain registrar, website hosting and Meta Business Manager. This access is used only for the work you have engaged us to perform, is kept confidential, and is not used for any other purpose.

Where practical, we prefer temporary or delegated access, and we recommend you review and rotate any shared credentials after your project is complete.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers required to run our business and deliver your project, such as our form provider, email delivery service, and the platforms involved in your build (for example domain registrars and Meta). These parties process information on our instructions or under their own terms, and only to the extent needed for the service they provide.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Personal information is stored electronically with our service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, including record-keeping and any warranty or support period, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also opt out of further contact from us at any time by replying to any email we send.
